All retreat prices include accommodations, all meals (prepared with local, seasonal ingredients), guided activities and workshops, materials, and access to all facilities. Transportation to and from the retreat location is not included.

We understand that life happens. Cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made 30-59 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person or apply your payment to a future retreat.

Absolutely! We accommodate all dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and food allergies. Please let us know your requirements when booking, and our culinary team will ensure you're well-nourished throughout your stay.

We'll send a detailed packing list upon booking, but essentials include: comfortable clothing for movement/yoga, layers for varying weather, any personal medications, and an open heart.
