1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using therestingwolf.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

The Resting Wolf offers retreat experiences, wellness programming, and related services (“Services”). All Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Reservations & Payments

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as outlined at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change prior to confirmed reservation. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@therestingwolf.com. If guests register more than 60 days prior to the start of the retreat, there is a 48-hour no-penalty cancellation window. After that:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 75% refund or full credit toward a future retreat.
• Cancellations made 30–60 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund or 75% credit toward a future retreat.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

The Resting Wolf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside our control; in such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit.

5. Health & Liability Waiver

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary. By registering, you represent that you are in adequate physical and mental health to participate. The Resting Wolf, its facilitators, and affiliated partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in our retreats. Participants are encouraged to consult a healthcare provider before attending.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and programming materials, is the property of The Resting Wolf and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party service providers. The Resting Wolf is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Email Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive marketing and informational communications from The Resting Wolf. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

9. Photography & Media

The Resting Wolf may photograph or record retreat activities for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant The Resting Wolf permission to use your likeness in such materials unless you provide written notice otherwise prior to the event.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Resting Wolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or participation in our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
